Hi, I'm Liz

Fuel With Intent is my story of choosing strength, clarity, and purpose, and helping other women step into that same energy in their own lives.

I created this space after years of raising my kids, studying nutrition and fitness, lifting weights, barre instructing, rebuilding my routines, and learning what it actually takes to feel grounded and strong in a busy, full life.

 

Over time, it came down to four things:

 Fuel. Move. Reflect. Align.

 

Everything I share here is meant to make things feel simple, doable, and science-based so you can stop second guessing and start fueling your days with confidence.
