My Story

Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a wife to one of Americas badasses and a mom of three who believes that the way we fuel our bodies directly shapes how we show up in every part of life. Our energy, our confidence, our mood, and our ability to be present for the people we love.

 

Fuel with Intent was created from my passion for helping women build strength and balance through food, movement, and mindset. My study of nutrition began because I wanted to understand how food, movement, and mindset work together from a science backed perspective, and the deeper I went, the more I realized how powerful small and consistent habits truly are.

 

Research shows that real change comes from habits, not extremes, and good nutrition is not about rules or restriction. It is about awareness, balance, and building habits that support your life. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, my mission is to make fitness and nutrition feel clear, doable, and sustainable so you can stop second guessing and start fueling in a way that elevates your energy, strengthens your confidence, and supports the life you want to live.

A big part of that is understanding your macronutrients; protein, carbs, and fats, and how each plays a specific role in your metabolism, energy, muscle recovery, hormone health, and overall well being. When you learn how to fuel with the right balance for your body, you stop guessing and start feeling stronger, more energized, and more grounded in your daily life. My goal is to make that science simple, realistic, and completely sustainable.

 

This space isn’t about diets or perfection. It’s about fueling your life through movement, mindset, and intention, guided by real science and rooted in what actually works. You won’t find perfection here. You’ll find honest conversations, practical guidance, and real reflections about what it means to live with purpose and find peace in the middle of your busy life.
